    BankRate

You’ve found a home you want to buy!  Congrats!  How are you going to pay for it?

BankRate’s app is here to help with a mortgage calculator and updated average US rates.  With these two tools combined, you can easily find 15-year fixed, 30-year fixed, and 5-year adjustable rates.

    HomeSnap

For the past few years, HomeSnap has been making waves with their ability to provide information on a home just from a picture you take.  Snap a picture of a home on your phone, upload it to the app, and it’ll tell you the home’s estimated value, specs ( # of bedrooms & baths), and if it is for sale or not!

Disclaimer: Yes someone on the team has tried it and yes it is fun to use but after a bit more digging there is no photo recognition software used, just good ol’ GPS.

I’ve been surfing on-line greater than 3 hours today, yet I never
found any fascinating article like yours. It is pretty
value enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made good content material as you did, the
net might be a lot more useful than ever before.
