Originally located in Kirkland, Hoffman’s Bakery has moved to a very modern location in Redmond. Specializing in European-style baked goods, they have recently expanded their menu for lunchtime items! The baked treats people are raving about are the lemon bars, chocolate brownies and their custom cakes!
Also located in Redmond, this bakery specializes in classically inspired French pastries along with custom cake design! Inside is brightly lit and modern with a glass wall allowing you to see the delicious baked goods being made. While everything here is wonderful, a fan favorite is the buttery and flakey Nutella croissant.

The French Bakery
One of three Eastside locations, nearest to The Deol Group offices on 112th, The French Bakery is a fantastic shop that sells an assortment of French baked goods from crepes to croissants to croquet madams (although that last one isn’t baked), as well as European coffee and teas. Patrons love their buttery almond croissants, said to have rivaled the famed West Seattle French bakery, Bakery Nouveau!
The French Bakery’s Storefront
Also extremely close to The Deol Group offices, Frost is a bakery in Lincoln Square shopping center. Serving their special take on donuts, French macaroons, and “frostcakes”, Frost is a hip answer to cupcake shops with an art deco twist. A favorite here are their crullers!
